My recent posts have been rather wordy and serious. So I thought I’d post something different.
This is about four miles from where I live. Practically my back yard.
When we were mounting up for the trailride through the Garden of the Gods, we weren’t sure if the daily afternoon thunderstorm would hold off for us. It did.
That’s right. This is part of the entertainment out here . . .
You’ll find that I never obsess over views.

I’m still working on my photography skills, but I’m lucky enough to be in a very photogenic area. I’m glad you liked them!
Speaking of weather- I don’t know what it’s doing in Kansas, but up here it was 80 on Sunday and it’s snowing pretty good today. Woo hoo! Moisture!
